Ep 4. A Week of Impact

A Week of Impact is the fourth episode of the second season of the reality television show Married to Medicine. The episode follows the daily lives of a group of women who are all either married to doctors or are doctors themselves.

Quad and Mariah have a disagreement at the breast cancer charity event about who should take credit for the event's success, causing a rift in their friendship. Dr. Simone and Toya also have a disagreement about their different approaches to work and life balance, which ultimately leads to an emotional confrontation.

Despite the conflicts, the women come together to celebrate and support each other. Dr. Jackie gives an inspiring speech at her event, which receives a standing ovation. Quad's housekeeper also has an emotional farewell, as Quad and her husband express their gratitude for her hard work.

In the end, the episode shows that while the women may have their differences, they ultimately share a common goal of making an impact on society in their own unique ways.
