Ep 2. Not Enough Time!

Kanie Seiya has now become the new acting manager of Amagi Brilliant Park. When he arrives at the park, he sees that it is not clean and lackluster. The repairs and cleaning will require considerable time and budget. He proposes that the park be closed temporarily for repairs but the fairy-like creatures, known as Moffle, Macaron, and Tiramie disagree. The fairies argue that the only way to attract visitors is to keep the park open to keep it relevant in the public mind. They point out that Seiya has only three months left to make the park successful or it will be closed permanently.

During his inspection of the park, Seiya meets a girl named Isuzu Sento at the park's entrance who appears to be hostile towards him. She claims that she has been given the task of following Kanie around to ensure he does not cause any trouble. Determined to help the park succeed, Seiya enlists the fairies' help to transform the park's image. The fairies reveal a secret passage to Seiya, which leads to a room filled with mysterious objects.

In this episode, Seiya gets to work trying to improve and promote the amusement park, but he finds that he is running out of time, and the resources to change the park in significant ways. He encounters Isuzu Sento, who initially seems hostile towards him but appears to warm up to him over time. She is a fan of all things military and works as head of security at the amusement park. She keeps tabs on Seiya's every move and is wary of any new changes that Seiya recommends.

Meanwhile, the three fairies help Seiya come up with promotional tactics to advertise the park, but all their ideas are either too silly or too expensive to implement. In the midst of all the preparations, he has to deal with the eccentricities of the fairies and their delegation. However, as the parade gets underway, it becomes clear that their tactics are working, as tourists start pouring into the park. For once, they manage to attract a significant number of visitors in a single day, and it's a moment of triumph for Seiya and the fairies alike.
