Together, Natsume and Kaburagi begin to investigate a strange phenomenon that is occurring within the fortress. They discover that the Gadoll are not the only threat that they need to worry about. There are other forces at work within Deca-Dence, forces that are conspiring against the residents of the fortress. As they dig deeper into the mystery, Natsume and Kaburagi uncover a sinister plot that threatens to destroy everything they hold dear.

"Ignition" does a great job of setting up the world of Deca-Dence and introducing its central characters. We see the struggle and desperation of the people living within the fortress, and we feel their hope that they might one day reclaim their world.
