Ep 6. Sammies and Stew

Guy's next stop takes him to a diner in Cleveland, Ohio that is famous for their unique spin on the classic Sloppy Joe, using a blend of spicy chorizo and beef and serving it up on crispy fried potato skins. He also gets a taste of their homemade Chicken Paprikash Stew, slow-cooked to perfection with a creamy paprika sauce.

In Portland, Oregon, Guy finds a hidden gem offering up creative takes on Vietnamese sandwiches, known as Banh Mis. He samples their Pork Belly Banh Mi with homemade pickled vegetables and a crispy baguette roll. He also tries their rich and flavorful Curry Stew.

Lastly, Guy heads to a historic ice cream parlor in Santa Fe, New Mexico that doubles as a sandwich shop. Here he tries their famous Green Chile Grilled Cheese, featuring homemade sourdough bread, cheddar cheese, and roasted green chiles. He also samples their hearty and spicy Green Chile Stew.
