Ep 12. Innocent

Nikita is a trained assassin working for a secret government agency known as Section One. In the episode "Innocent," Nikita is tasked with the mission of infiltrating a youth detention center to find a young girl who is the daughter of a powerful politician. The girl has been kidnapped and is being used as leverage to pressure her father into passing a bill that will benefit a group of criminals.

Nikita poses as a juvenile delinquent and is placed within the detention center. She quickly befriends the other girls in the center and begins to gather information about the kidnappers. She learns that the kidnappers are planning to ransom the girl for a large sum of money.

They decide to lure the kidnappers out of the juvenile center by creating a diversion. The plan works and Nikita and Michael are able to rescue the girls and capture the kidnappers.

Despite her success, Nikita is left with a heavy heart. She realizes that the girls she rescued were just pawns in a game of politics and power. She knows that even though she was able to save them this time, there will always be another innocent victim caught in the crossfire.
