Ep 14. Gambit

Nikita and Michael are tasked with investigating the theft of a deadly virus from a lab and it becomes clear that the thief is willing to sell it to the highest bidder. In order to track down the thief and prevent the virus from falling into the wrong hands, Nikita and Michael must go undercover as high rollers in a dangerous game of poker. With the help of a skilled card player named Tommy, they are able to get closer to their target. However, as the stakes get higher and the other players become suspicious, Nikita and Michael must rely on their training and instincts to stay alive and accomplish their mission.

Meanwhile, Birkoff discovers that Tommy is actually an operative for a rival organization and warns Nikita and Michael, but they choose to continue with their plan. As the game reaches its climax, tensions rise and alliances are tested. Nikita and Michael must decide who they can trust and how far they are willing to go to stop their enemy from releasing the virus.

In the end, Nikita and Michael are able to locate the virus and prevent it from being sold. However, they are left with the knowledge that there are dangerous organizations out there who will stop at nothing to acquire deadly weapons. Gambit showcases the high-stakes world of espionage and the lengths that spies must go to in order to protect the world from harm.
