Ep 6. The Return of the Queen Bee

In Married to Medicine season 3 episode 6, titled "The Return of the Queen Bee," viewers will witness the continuation of the drama induced by the addition of Mariah's sister Lake to the cast.

The episode opens with Heavenly's husband, Dr. Damon, in the operating room performing a surgery while being filmed for a reality TV segment. Meanwhile, the tension between Mariah, Quad, and Lake is at an all-time high. As Quad attempts to navigate her way through the conflicts, it becomes increasingly clear that Mariah and Lake may not be as close as they previously let on.

In an effort to bring the group closer together, Dr. Simone arranges for the women to participate in a group therapy session. However, this plan quickly backfires as Mariah takes center stage and uses the opportunity to call out Quad for her alleged disloyalty. The session ends with more division than unity, setting the tone for the remainder of the episode.

Later on, the cast attends a charity event for the Atlanta Mission where Lisa Nicole introduces her new clothing line. Much to Heavenly's chagrin, Mariah is the center of attention yet again, acting as if she is the queen bee of the group. However, the real shock comes when Quad and Mariah clash in front of the entire group, unleashing a barrage of insults and accusations.

As the episode comes to a close, viewers are left wondering if Mariah's reign as the queen bee is coming to an end. Will Quad be able to stand up to Mariah, or will she crumble under the pressure?
