James Harris and David Parnes find themselves in the midst of a bidding war when a Beverly Hills estate goes on the market. With multiple offers coming in, the two agents have to figure out what it takes to seal the deal.
Finally, Tracy Tutor takes on an ambitious project which involves selling four multi-million dollar properties at once. Despite some unforeseen issues and stiff competition, she's determined to make it work.
