Finally, James Harris and David Parnes take on one of the most challenging properties of their careers – a massive vineyard estate in Malibu with a $25 million price tag. The property spans almost 100 acres and features a private lake, a helipad, and a variety of other amenities. James and David must find a buyer who can appreciate the unique opportunities and challenges that come with owning such an expansive property. Along the way, they must also deal with some unexpected weather that threatens to damage the estate's prized vineyards.
