Most Eligible Dallas is a hit Bravo reality television show that follows the exploits of a group of single people who live in Dallas, Texas, and some of its nearby suburbs. Six Dallas area singles were the focus of the show, including Neill Skylar, Tara Harper, Drew Ginsburg, Glenn Pakulak, Courtney Kerr and Matt Nordgren. Premiering in August 2011, the show's first season began by introducing all of the main players. Neill Skylar is a 23-year-old musician and actress who moved away from Dallas at 18 to pursue her career in New York and Los Angeles, then returned as a single mom. She is still trying to start a career in entertainment while dating and raising her son. Tara Harper, 36, is financially independent and works as executive vice president of sales for her family's company. She has been engaged four times in the past and is looking for the perfect man to start a family with. Drew Ginsburg moved to Dallas from Washington, D.C. He is the lone gay man on the show, and works at his family business. He recently completed a quest to lose more than 200 pounds, but is still insecure with his looks as he searches for love. Glenn Pakulak came to Dallas via Lapeer, Michigan. The 31-year old professional football player is in the city waiting for the NFL season to begin, and is working as a model and trying to start a fashion line. He is a player with no plans to settle down. Courtney Kerr, a Fort Worth native, works with a jewelry designer and loves fashion. She is a hopeless romantic who is best friends with fellow cast member Matt Nordgren, but may harbor secret feelings for him. This is complicated by the presence of Neill Skylar, who has intense chemistry with Matt as well. Nordgren is a former football player who works in the family energy business. He enjoys dating but is always honest with the women he is with. The show premiered with and kept decent ratings throughout its run, but was not picked up for a second season in 2013.
