The man reveals himself to be a member of a powerful gang, and a dangerous chase ensues through the crowded streets of Tokyo, with the officers using all their skills and wits to catch the criminals and prevent a tragedy.

In the end, the officers are successful in their mission, and Aoi is arrested and sent to jail. However, they also learn that Aoi had been forced into working for the gang by her abusive boyfriend, and feel sympathy and compassion for her situation. They even visit her in jail, and offer her some words of support and encouragement, showing that even in the midst of their dangerous and challenging job, they remain dedicated to serving and protecting the people of their city.
