Watch Line Of Duty

The television series known as Line of Duty is a drama series centered on the activities and challenges of some police officers as they execute their duties. It aired on channels like BBC 2. It all started when Steve Arnott who was the main detective in the series was relieved from his current position and transferred to the branch of the police in charge of fighting and checking issues related to corruption.

The reason for his transfer stemmed from the fact that an innocent man was murdered during a protest match by a group of people. The death of the innocent man caused his transfer as his efficiency in controlling his team was doubted. He had the opportunity to cover up the case but he refused and this led to his transfer.

Upon his arrival at his new post he was given a tough and challenging assignment to handle by the head of his unit. He was assigned to handle a very important and critical case.

This case concerned a man named Tony Gates who had just been given an awarded for providing extremely good crime figures. He started the investigation and later on found out that Gates had nasty secrets.

Gates was in charge of a team that consisted of Detectives like Sergeant Matt Cottan, Nigel Morton and Deepak Kapoor and Detective Constable Kate Fleming.

The characters in the series included Lennie James featuring as Tony Gates, Martin Compston as Steve Arnott , Vicky McClure as Kate Fleming, Gina McKee asJacqueline Laverty, Neil Morrissey as Nigel Morton, Adrian Dunbar as Ted Hastings, Craig Parkinson as Matt Cottan, Kate Ashfield as Jools Gates, Paul Higgins as Derek Hilton, Owen Teale, Darren Morfitt, Claire Keelan.
