Determined to find someone to call her own, she sets her sights on a handsome tennis player named Motoki, who works at the local arcade.

Usagi becomes infatuated with Motoki and begins to spend all her time at the arcade, hoping to catch his attention. However, things take a turn for the worse when she discovers that Motoki has a girlfriend named Reika.

Feeling rejected and heartbroken, Usagi is comforted by her best friend Naru, who tells her that she has heard rumors about Motoki's girlfriend being involved with the new enemy who is targeting young girls.

Determined to get to the bottom of this, Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon and heads to the arcade with the rest of her team, where they discover that Reika is indeed involved with the enemy and has been manipulating Motoki to steal energy and find the Legendary Silver Crystal.

Sailor Moon and her team confront Reika and engage in a fierce battle, but they are quickly outnumbered by the enemy's minions. Just when all hope seems lost, Tuxedo Mask appears and comes to their aid, helping them defeat the enemy once and for all.
