Finally, Zimmern visits a restaurant that is reinventing traditional Swedish cuisine. The chef creates innovative dishes that incorporate Swedish ingredients, like reindeer and cloudberries, in unexpected ways. Zimmern tries a variety of dishes, including elk tartare and smoked ice cream.
