He also meets with a fishmonger who explains the art of shrimp boil, a popular local dish that combines fresh shrimp with corn, sausage, and plenty of spices.

Further down the coast, Andrew reaches Palm Coast, where he meets with a local beekeeper. He learns about the importance of bees in the ecosystem and how their honey is used in many traditional Spanish dishes, including a sweet and savory pork dish that Andrew tries at a nearby restaurant.

Next, Andrew journeys to the Gulf Coast and the city of Pensacola, where he discovers the area's rich military history. He visits a Navy base to taste some of the meals that servicemen and women receive, including MREs (Meals Ready to Eat) and some of the more elaborate dishes prepared by the base's chefs.

Finally, Andrew explores the vibrant culinary scene in Tampa, a city known for its blend of Latin, Caribbean, and Spanish influences. He visits a traditional Cuban bakery and tries their famous Cuban sandwiches, complete with roasted pork, ham, pickles, and mustard. He also meets with a Puerto Rican family who shares their passion for creating authentic island-style food.

Throughout the episode, Andrew showcases the unique and varied cuisine that can be found in Florida's Conquistador Coast. He celebrates the region's rich history and cultural diversity, as well as the fresh ingredients and traditional techniques that make each dish so special. This episode is sure to leave viewers hungry for more!
