Ep 12. The Star-Branded Dragonar

The Star-Branded Dragonar is the twelfth episode of Dragonar Academy's first season. In this episode, Ash is summoned to meet the emperor where he's shocked to learn the truth about Eco's past. With the knowledge that Chaotic-Steeled mages have set Eco as their target, Ash must protect her at all costs.

The episode begins with Ash, Eco, and Rebecca visiting a new continent via airship. While en route, the trio spots a giant dragon that seems to be heading towards their destination. Ash is shocked to see the dragon, as it's the very same creature that he saw in his dreams. He believes that it's the dragon branded with the star he's been looking for.

Once the group arrives at their destination, they learn that Ash was summoned to meet the emperor. Not wanting to waste time, Ash sets off to meet with the emperor, leaving Eco and Rebecca behind. Once he arrives, he is introduced to Princess Silvia - the emperor's granddaughter and a fellow dragonar. Ash is surprised to learn that Sylvia has both a dragon and a pal. Having heard about Ash from Eco, Silvia challenges the young dragonar to a dragon race.

The race takes place the following day, and it's Ash and his dragon Eco against Silvia and her dragon Pal. At first, it seems like Silvia is going to win, but Ash has a trick up his sleeve. He uses Eco's ability to transform into a dragon to his advantage to pull ahead and win the race.

After the race, Ash is summoned to meet with the emperor. In a shocking revelation, the emperor reveals that Eco was created by Chaotic-Steels mages, and she was designed to be the ultimate weapon. He warns Ash that Eco is in danger and that he must protect her at all costs.

Ash is understandably overwhelmed by the news. He struggles to understand why Eco is being targeted and what he can do to protect her. Silvia offers him comfort and advice, and she tells him that he needs to bond with Eco on a deeper level if he wants to protect her.

With this information weighing heavily on his mind, Ash decides to take Eco out for a walk in the woods. As they're walking, they're attacked by a group of Chaotic-Steels mages. Ash does his best to fight them off, but it quickly becomes clear that they're outnumbered and outmatched.

Just when things seem bleak, Silvia and her dragon Pal come to the rescue. They manage to take out the mages, and Ash realizes that he and Eco aren't alone in this fight.

The Star-Branded Dragonar is a thrilling, action-packed episode that delves deeper into Eco's past and the danger she faces. It's a testament to Ash's determination and love for Eco that he's willing to risk everything to protect her. With Silvia by his side, Ash knows that he's not alone in this fight, and he's ready to do whatever it takes to keep Eco safe.
