Season 1, Episode 3 of Eat St. is all about street food and the people who make it. Host James Cunningham takes viewers on a food adventure to some of the most unique and delicious food trucks in North America. From Vancouver, British Columbia to Austin, Texas, viewers are transported to different cities and given a backstage pass to some of the best street food vendors in the business.

The episode starts off with a trip to Los Angeles, California where James visits The Grilled Cheese Truck. This food truck specializes in all things grilled cheese, with a menu that includes classic options like the Plain and Simple Melt, as well as more adventurous choices like the Cheesy Mac and Rib Melt. James meets with the owner, Dave Danhi, who tells him about the inspiration behind the Grilled Cheese Truck and the challenges of running a food truck in L.A.

Next, James heads to Vancouver, British Columbia, where he visits Tacofino. This food truck is known for its Mexican-inspired dishes, like their famous Fish Tacos. James talks to Jason Sussman, one of the owners of Tacofino, about the history of the food truck and how they've grown into a successful restaurant and catering business. He also samples some of their delicious dishes, like the Crispy Chicken Tacos and their famous Diablo Cookie.

In Austin, Texas, James checks out Chi'Lantro BBQ, a Korean-Mexican fusion food truck that's famous for its Kimchi Fries. He meets with owner Jae Kim, who tells him about the inspiration behind the menu and the challenges of running a successful food truck in Texas. James tries some of their most popular dishes, like the Kimchi Fried Rice and Spicy Pork Tacos, and finds out why Chi'Lantro BBQ has become such a hit in Austin.

The episode wraps up with a visit to Toronto, Ontario, where James meets with Matt Basile, the owner of the Fidel Gastro's food truck. This truck specializes in unique dishes like the PB&J Chicken Waffle and the Pulled Pork Benedict. James learns about the history of the food truck and the inspiration behind the creative menu. He also samples some of their signature dishes and finds out why Fidel Gastro's has become such a popular destination for foodies in Toronto.

Throughout the episode, viewers are treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the food truck industry, with profiles of the chefs and owners who work tirelessly to serve up some of the most delicious and inventive dishes on the street.
