In this episode, host Brad Miller travels to various cities across America to explore the innovative and out-of-the-box creations that food trucks are whipping up. Miller begins his journey in St. Louis, Missouri, where he finds a food truck that's serving up hot dogs with a twist. Next, Miller travels to New Orleans, Louisiana, to explore the famous Creole cuisine the city is known for. He discovers a truck that's serving up mouth-watering po' boys, a beloved sandwich that's filled with seafood and traditional Creole seasonings. The food truck specializes in a unique version of the po' boy, featuring fried oysters and a unique sauce that is sure to surprise one's taste buds.

In a departure from the savory options, Miller heads to Los Angeles, California, where he discovers a food truck that's putting a new spin on childhood favorite peanut butter and jelly sandwiches by adding ingredients like Nutella, bacon, and even a Reese's peanut butter cup. The truck also serves grilled cheese sandwiches with peanut butter and jelly that are definitely worth a try.

Continuing his adventure, Miller heads to Austin, Texas, where he discovers another creative take on the hot dog. This Texas-based food truck serves up a hot dog with a unique twist, using a type of cornbread for the bun, which adds a southern flair to the classic dish. The cornbread bun is then topped with pulled pork, homemade BBQ sauce, and other traditional southern fixings.

In Nashville, Tennessee, Miller finds a food truck that's taking another beloved comfort dish -- macaroni and cheese -- and transforming it into a sandwich. The food truck combines the cheesy goodness of mac and cheese with a crispy piece of fried chicken in between two slices of toasted bread, creating a dish that's both familiar and unique.

Finally, Miller ends his journey in Portland, Oregon, where he discovers a food truck that's putting a plant-based spin on the classic hot dog. The truck features vegetarian and vegan hot dogs made from entirely plant-based ingredients, topped with unique sauces and toppings like pickled onions and even truffle oil.

Throughout the episode, Miller encounters food truck operators who are passionate about their craft and who share unique stories about how they created their signature dishes. As always, the show takes viewers on a culinary journey across America, exploring the unique and innovative dishes being served up by the country's best food trucks.
