Kohina rushes back to Kokkuri-san to warn him about Inugami's plan. Together, they devise a plan to foil Inugami's scheme. They trick Inugami into revealing his true motives and team up with the other guests at the hot spring to stop him from stealing Kokkuri-san's hair.

In the end, Inugami is defeated and Kohina and Kokkuri-san are acclaimed as heroes by the other guests. They enjoy the rest of their stay at the hot spring and return home refreshed and happy.
