The television show The Moment is based on the lives of nine men and women from all around the world, whom were chosen by loving friends and family members to participate in this life changing event. These individuals are ultimately being given a second chase to fulfill their career dreams that they've given up on. This is a life changing opportunity to make their dreams a reality. These dreams were put on hold, for various reasons, leaving all nine individuals to settle for less and not pursue the life they've wanted, until now.

Hosted by Kurt Warner, Superbowl MVP and NFL star, he is giving these individuals the chance to reclaim their lives and career goals. Kurt Warner, sets the perfect example for following his dreams and not giving up, even though life has thrown difficulty in his direction. Kurt Warner, started his career as a bagger at a local grocery store. It was clear, this was not the life style he wanted for himself. He was dedicated to becoming an NFL star. After 18 short months, Kurt Warner was being nominated for Superbowl MVP. Now he is here to help others who need a reminder and need a push in the right direction.

The nine men and women will have to endure vigiorus training by highly qualified mentors, whom prepare them for the chance to interview with a respresentive. They will be backed by their support teams along the way, their friends and family. The lucky nine individuals will endure extensive training and motivation by an expert mentor who will prepare them for interview with skilled employers. After everything is said and done, family members and friends will gather around as these individuals are left to choose if they want to except their new job position and change their life for good, or if they prefer to continue on with their normal day to day lives. This moment may be a difficult decision for some, but for others the choice may be clear.
