Adrian Baker is a legendary English record producer, song writer and singer. Adrian Baker was born in London England in 1951. Baker debuted in the United Kingdom as a singer on Magnet Records/Epic Records. His first solo album was released in 1975. He had one hit from that album listed on the UK Singles Chart. He was also a guest performer many times on the BBCs TV Top of the Pops program. In addition to being a record producer, he is also known for his popular dance hit with the group Liquid Gold.

Twice he attempted writing entries for the UK's Eurovision Song Contest where he finally achieved the A Song For Europe in 1979 and 1981. Miss Caroline Newley, was his first finalist song which was performed by the band M Squad. The song made eleventh out of the twelve songs performed in 1979.

However, his song Don't Panic, finished in second place after its performance by Liquid Gold. The irony is the song was a losing song from the contest A Song For Europe which then made it to the UKS Single Chart achieving #42.
