What is Blissology? It is more of an organization then it is a channel. Blissology promotes a variety of things in their YouTube series, and they have a host of Yoga videos and various retreats for an individual to consider. The Blissology network also has a program called the Blissology Project, where individuals commit to learning how to effectively acquire a positive attitude.
Blissology has a video series where they promote various types of meditation practices to help their viewers attain inner peace. It is a six-DVD set, with disk one being devoted to an all around yoga class and somatic meditation practices. Disk two is devoted to front body stretches and energy meditation; disk three is centered more on side body stretches and a manifestation of meditation; and disk four is focused around the subject of restorative yoga and meditation around the five elements. The fifth disk is mainly about "Stretch" yoga and meditation around the Earth body. Finally, the sixth video touches on "metta" physical yoga techniques and the subject of Pranayama.
The Blissology Project was also instrumental in promoting a series of live sessions throughout the continent of North America during the year of 2011. There were a number of sessions in California, a few sessions in the Canadian north, and even a session in New York City.
