It announced in 2013 that it would be expanding to reach an international market due to licensing agreements with other production companies. It was founded in 2001 by Harold Lee when he quit his job as a corporate lawyer. He saw an opportunity to bring highly engaging material to an audience of business professional. Now, the channel produces a variety of shows surrounding business, stocks, and politics. Some of the shows are driven by interviews and other shows focus on written content and production teams.

One of the current shows, called Jack Tells It is a news show that polls viewers live and asks them their opinion of current events. Then Jack accepts phone calls live on the air and the issues are discussed in rapid fashion. The show opened in 2008 to great reviews.
