Watch TV Shows on roosterteeth.com

Originally a popular YouTube Channel, Rooster Teeth has evolved into its own production studio featuring traditional and computer animation, live-action shows, gaming news and more. The content is mostly centered on video game news and culture and is unique in that much of Rooster Teeth’s content is created within actual games, which is called a machinima. Red vs. Blue is created by modding Halo, for instance. Some of their claims to fame include the animated series RWBY (pronounced “ruby”) created and directed by Monty Oum, Red vs. Blue and Immersion.

Rooster Teeth got its start when its founder, Burnie Burns, began making voiced-over gameplay videos of Halo: Combat Evolved. This spawned the original Red vs. Blue series and Rooster Teeth’s popularity took off from there. Burnie joined up with his friends Joel Heyman, Matt Hullum, Gus Sorola, Jason Saldaña, Dan Godwin and Geoff Ramsey to form Drunkgamers, a game review channel on YouTube, that later became the Rooster Teeth of today.

Rooster Teeth has been around for over a decade and they now have two home bases, one in Austin, Texas and one in Los Angeles, California. Rooster Teeth’s faithful fans number in the millions across the main Rooster Teeth channel and its other productions Achievement Hunter, The Slow Mo Guys, Fun Haus and The Know. In the past, Rooster Teeth has partnered up with Electronic Arts to promote its sports game franchises Madden NFL and NCAA Football and to create a comedy series using The Sims.
